Absolutely! Whether you have a lot of experience in practice, or previously completed other trainings, you will incorporate new knowledge and techniques that will encourage you to become a professional if you have not yet done so, and to review what you have not previously incorporated.
At the end of the training you will receive your certification as a “200 hour Yoga Instructor”. Our certificate is accredited by the Yoga Alliance and our graduates can apply and pay the fees to Yoga Alliance for Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) status, which is not mandatory.
Our program offers you a common base to all yoga traditions and teaches the sequences and alignments that allow our students to modify their classes according to the type of people or places for whom they work.
You will be certified to teach Vinyasa & Yin Yoga classes, and qualified to share Sound Healing within your sessions.
Students must have 100% attendance to receive certification. However, if for some exceptional reason you cannot attend a class, you will have the support to recover what you missed.
To complete the certification, all students must take a theoretical exam and practical exam, consisting of giving a Yoga class for their teachers and classmates.
The training has an intensive format, for which there are classes 6 days a week. During these days there will be rest intervals after meals. Sundays are days off to study or rest.
We need a minimum of 8 participants for the courses to take place as described. However, we can organize trainings with less than 8 participants as well, adjusting accordingly the amount of teachers that will run the program.
In the case of a training where the minimum number of participants has not been completed, we will communicate with you the options available; including but not exclusively: a full refund, a price adjustment, a change on the original program or the possibility of keeping your booking for a different date.
If you decide to cancel attending the course, pleas keep in mind that the reservation fee is non-refundable.

Our 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training takes an authentic non-dual approach to yoga as a life science, and invites you to dive deeper on its healing practices and how to facilitate them correctly. Through a uniquely designed curriculum, we want to offer you something that goes beyond what is typically taught within other courses.
During the training we will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of various yoga styles, advanced pranayama breathing techniques, kriyas, mudras, yoga nidra, classical vedic mantra, trauma healing, vedic astrology and tantra, together with refined teaching methodologies.
Our goal is to equip you with a traditional yogic education, providing you with ancient knowledge on energy work that is not available in commercial trainings, which will serve your personal sadhana and your career standing up as a highly educated yoga teacher.
It depends. There are many paths of yoga and so many yoga schools, that certificates do not always represent the experience of a person.
The 300 level training is built off of a 200 hour level training and we do encourage that one has a 200 hour. We accept applications under this category on a case by case basis by taking into account your yoga practice, educational background, relationship with yoga and other aspects to be discussed in a call.
Absolutely. The 300 hour level training is built to enhance and foster your skill level, to increase awareness of the more subtle aspects of teaching, to help you understand how to hold space and to bolster your confidence in teaching. We are a community of support and we will be doing our very best to help you fulfill those goals.
Like the question above, our 300 hours yoga teacher training is built to really help enhance the skills, knowledge and depth of a teacher. We do recommend integration time between courses, but if you feel ready and you are willing to keep studying it's because you probably are.
In our course we don't focus on Asana performance, but on the functional alignment, the anatomy and therapeutic aspects of it and how to avoid injury while practicing.
This is actually a main topic of our program, to teach you as future teachers how to adapt the practice to all kinds of practitioners and their individual needs.
That's totally okay. This is an in-depth and practical course to deepen one's understanding and self-practice of yoga. But please take under consideration that this course is designed to allow students to be able and feel confident to teach. Students will practice teaching in the course as part of the curriculum.
Yes. We are a Registered Yoga Alliance School. And we certify our graduates with a Yoga Alliance certification.
You need to have a really good reason for missing a class. We devote ourselves to the course and to our students, and we expect our students to show the right approach and take the course seriously. However, if for some exceptional reason you cannot attend a class, you will have the support to recover what you missed.
You will have two written assignments and one practical test.
Our learning environment is very friendly and adapted. We do not mark grades, but use these instances to help students integrate what they have learnt.
In the practical test you will teach the group for 60 minutes. At the end of it you will get our feedback as means of growth and improvement. You will be more than ready for it, since by then you'll have enough teaching practice time.
We strongly recommend it. We have mats in our venue, and mats can be found in stores in Rishikesh, but unfortunately they are not great quality ones. Bringing yourself a yoga sweat towel for practice is also recommended.
