How much yoga experience do I need to have to qualify for this program?

«

We recommend to have at least one year of Yoga experience before enrolling. However, we encourage anyone regardless of physical ability or proficiency in postures. Yoga is a path, not a destination, and it is an excellent opportunity to learn Yoga correctly and completely.

Can I take this Hatha-Vinyasa & Mantra Yoga Teacher training if I do not want to teach yoga?

«

Yes, of course! Many students immerse themselves in yoga teacher training to deepen their own knowledge and understanding.

I am a Yoga teacher but want to deepen my knowledge. Will this training help me?

«

Absolutely! Whether you have a lot of experience in practice, or previously completed other trainings, you will incorporate new knowledge and techniques that will encourage you to become a professional if you have not yet done so, and to review what you have not previously incorporated.

Will I be a certified yoga teacher at the end of this teacher training course?

«

At the end of the training you will receive your certification as a “200 hour Yoga Instructor”. Our certificate is accredited by the Yoga Alliance and our graduates can apply and pay the fees to Yoga Alliance for Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) status, which is not mandatory.

What type of yoga will I be qualified to teach when I graduate?

«

Our program offers you a common base to all yoga traditions and teaches the sequences and alignments that allow our students to modify their classes according to the type of people or places for whom they work.

You will be certified to teach Hatha-Vinyasa classes, and qualified to teach Mantra Yoga. You will also receive introductory Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga classes.

What happens if I miss a class?

«

Students must have 100% attendance to receive certification. However, if for some exceptional reason you cannot attend a class, you will have the support to recover what you missed.

Will there be a final exam?

«

To complete the certification, all students must take a theoretical exam and practical exam, consisting of giving a Yoga class for their teachers and classmates.

Will I have free time during the yoga training?

«

The training has an intensive format, for which there are classes 6 days a week. During these days there will be rest intervals after meals. Sundays are days off to study or rest.

What is the minimum number of participants required for the course to be carried out?

«

We need a minimum of 8 participants for the courses to take place as described. However, we can organize training with less than 8 participants as well, adjusting accordingly the amount of teachers that will run the program.

In the case of a training where the minimum number of participants has not been completed, we will communicate with you the options available; including but not exclusively: a full refund, a price adjustment, a change on the original program or the possibility of keeping your booking for a different date.

What happens if I need to cancel attending the course?

«

The reservation fee is 50% which is refundable up to 60 days before the start of the training, and 25% refundable up to 45 days before the start of the training. After these periods we will not accept refund requests.

If we do not reach the minimum number of 8 participants for the course, we will communicate with you the options available; including but not exclusively: a full refund, a price adjustment, a change on the original program or the possibility of moving your booking to a different date.
